TUI UK & Ireland, part of TUI Travel PLC, is looking for ambitious and outstanding graduates to join the new and exciting UK Graduate Leadership Programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join the world’s leading international leisure travel group which operates in approximately 180 countries worldwide, offering a portfolio of more than 200 leading brands to over 30 million holidaymakers each year. The Graduate Leadership programme will last for 15 months and will include assignments in various parts of TUI UK & Ireland such as Airline, Distribution, Commercial, Overseas and our Customer division and will offer an exciting mix of day-to-day business experience and project work. It will also include a comprehensive induction programme as well as ongoing development workshops & training courses throughout the 15 months.

Commercial Placement Scheme

We’re offering 10 placement opportunities within the Commercial division at our head office in Luton. The placement scheme is a great opportunity, to work in a real role, making important commercial decisions and with read responsibility. But it doesn’t end there. Our placement scheme also includes an induction period that allows you to see what other departments around the company do, work on an innovation project, attend workshops and go on social events with your new colleagues and fellow students. Training workshops continue throughout the year and include sessions such as Time Management, Be Assertive and Communicating with impact.
Currently, the TUI placement scheme is ranked as the 2nd best placement scheme on Rate my Placement and a finalist in the National Council & Work Experience award for 2008/09.
We are looking for commercially driven, enthusiastic students, who want to learn more about the tourism industry. The scheme runs for 12 months and starts in July 2010.
