UK Graduate Leadership Programme, Location: Luton, UK
The UK Graduate Leadership programme will last for 12-18 months and will include assignments in key business areas of TUI UK & Ireland such as Airline, Distribution and Customer, Commercial and Overseas. The assignments will offer an exciting mix of day-to-day business experience and high profile project work in a variety of different functions. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside our customer-facing teams, including spending 4-6 weeks with our Overseas teams in Resort. The programme also includes a comprehensive induction programme as well as ongoing development workshops, training, feedback and support.

Specialist & Activity Graduate Development Programme, Location: Various International Locations
The Specialist and Activity Sector’s Graduate Development Programme is looking for talented and passionate individuals with an active interest in travel and the confidence to develop into a future leadership position within our Sector. We have the most diverse and unique collection of travel businesses in the world, with over 100 brands stretching from the USA and Canada, across Europe and out to Australia and New Zealand. We’re passionate about being the best and pride ourselves on the unique and diverse range of experiential holidays we offer our customers from trekking in the Himalayas, skiing the Alps, watching the World Cup to sailing in the Caribbean!
Your 18-month programme will include six assignments across our operating divisions: Specialist Holidays Group, Marine, Education, North American Specialist, Sport and Sector Head Office – both in the UK and Internationally. You can expect an exciting mix of day-to-day business and project work covering all disciplines required to run a successful business.

TUI Travel PLC International Management Trainee Programme, Location: Various International Locations
The International Management Trainee Programme is an 18 month experience which is open to outstanding graduates from around the world and provides unique opportunities within the organisation.
Once on board you'll choose from a variety of assignments across our four business Sectors; Mainstream, Accommodation & Destinations, Specialist & Activity and Emerging Markets. The assignments will be an exciting mix of day-to-day business and project work covering all commercial disciplines across the Group. To get to know our product and customers better, you will also spend two to three weeks working as a tour representative in one of our holiday destinations.
Throughout the programme you will be able to attend workshops and seminars and have more opportunities to develop your network both with Trainees and TUI Travel PLC colleagues all over the world.
Our objective is to build our pipeline of leadership talent by developing high quality graduates to be future senior commercial leaders in our business.
