What you can expect from us
We always ensure that all applications are dealt in a fair, respectful and effective way at each of the four stages of the recruitment process. It's a two-way conversation: not only are we keen to get to know you, but it's also your opportunity to find out more about us.
Our recruitment process consists of four stages:
- Stage 1 - Applying for a job
The first stage is to search for a suitable vacancy and apply online. Once you've found a position, you should then click on the 'Apply' button to complete the online application form. (We'll confirm receipt via email)
- Stage 2 - Once your application is received
Your application will be reviewed by the relevant team.
- Stage 3 - If you're successful
You'll be invited to attend an interview and will be given full details.
- Stage 4 - The final stage
We will aim to notify you within five working days of your interview/assessment whether you've been successful or not.
