Our Contact Centres are fun, vibrant and full of outgoing and friendly people. You may be part of a Sales or Service team dealing with family holidays, cruises, weekend breaks or tailor made trips. And don't worry; you'll receive all the training you need to ensure that you're fully equipped to take your first customer call.
To be successful you'll need good communication skills, a positive attitude and attention to detail. And you must be available to work evenings and weekends.
