Which is the best role for you in Retail?
Superstore Manager
Managing every aspect of the Holiday Superstores, you'll ensure the unit is properly resourced in order to achieve defined business targets and increase business opportunities. Using your effective leadership skills you will motivate, manage, and develop the team to achieve sales targets and ensure the efficient running of the 7 trading unit.
Deputy Superstore Manager
Drawing on your existing management experience you will assist the Superstore Manager in the effective running of a 7 day trading Holiday Superstore and to assume the responsibility of the sales, foreign exchange and administration departments when required. Ideally you will have travel experience at a management or supervisory level and be self driven to achieve.
Retail Manager
Managing every aspect of the Holiday Shop's operation, you'll lead the team and ensure everyone pulls together to meet all shop and company targets. Experience in a similar role overseeing a customer service team where you drove the business is essential.
Assistant Retail Manager
Drawing on your supervisory experience you'll assist the Manager in the day to day running of the Holiday Shop. Ideally you'll be from the travel industry however, we will consider applicants with a background in a customer focused environment.
Travel Advisor
Ensuring every customer has the perfect holiday, you'll either sell products from our entire range or may specialise in a particular field. Although a travel background will be helpful, experience in a customer focus environment will have given all the skills you need.
Apprentice
An Apprenticeship with us doesn't just give you the chance to be a Travel Advisor in one of our Shops it can open up many doors within our company like careers Overseas, Cabin Crew, Call Centre or Head Office to name but a few. Plus at the end of the programme you'll gain a People 1st Apprenticeship Framework certificate.
