IT

We always want people who have a keen interest in technology and who want to be part of a dynamic and innovative team who want to get the best out of our systems. Within IT there is a strong service ethos to deliver solutions and services that provide a commercial advantage to our business and add value to our customer's experience.

We look to recruit and develop talent and often have a range of roles available with the objective of providing accurate and timely information to the business to ensure that we are well informed on group trading and financial information.

Commercial

To be a success, you'll need to have an analytical mind and the desire to be part of a results-driven team in a high performing organisation. Planning and Trading are the commercial heart of the business. Planning is about creating the widest range of holidays for our customers, from holidays by the beach, to cruises and city breaks. Trading, quite simply, is identifying the best way to sell beds and aircraft seats to maximise profits. Liaising with hotel buyers, forecasting travel trends, developing holiday brochures, pricing holidays, evolving the sales mix and developing strategies to increase profit are all in a day's work if you work in this area.
