The Sector operates under six divisions:
PEAK
This division consists of a portfolio of adventure travel businesses including Exodus, Adventure Tours Australia and Trek Holidays.
Education
This division comprises brands dedicated to the school and university markets. It includes educational tours, student ski schools, university ski club trips and adventure activity centres.
Marine
The Marine division operates some of the world’s leading marine recreation and yachting brands including The Moorings and Sunsail. It also includes Le Boat, the largest operator of self-drive boating holidays on the waterways of Europe.
North American Specialist
This area comprises companies located across the United States and in major Canadian cities focusing on adventure and escorted tour holidays. This includes Quark Expeditions, the world's largest and most diverse polar travel company.
Sport
This division is building a leading position in the sports tour market through brands including Gullivers Sports Travel and Sportsworld. This division organises tours and events for both spectators and corporate clients.
Specialist Holidays Group
This division includes leading UK brands offering ski, destination specialist and luxury flexible holidays. Brands include Crystal, Hayes & Jarvis and Citalia.
